Performance & time tracking
With Taskomat™ you can track time, budget, hourly rates and other important KPIs throughout your projects. Taskomat™ is more than just time tracking: every second spent on a task is linked to all project and client data. See in detail:
- Smart time tracking
- Starting rate and actual rate
- Planned budget and delivered budget
- Effectiveness, efficiency, punctuality
Smart time tracking
Not the usual time tracking: Taskomat™ relates the time you spend on your tasks to the work unit budget, so that you can easily understand the value of your work. On Taskomat™ every data relative to the time spent on a task is contextualized with the budget of the work unit and the hourly rate. In this sense, Taskomat™ guarantees you a completeness and circularity of data that was unimaginable until now. Finally, if you always create tasks with a time estimate, you will be able to track the gap between the estimate and the actual work time.
Starting rate and actual rate
Taskomat™ calculates for you in real time both the starting rate of your projects - i.e. the rate related to the budget estimates - and the actual rate - i.e. the rate at which you actually worked. If, for example, you finish a task in half the time you estimated, its actual rate will be double: not bad at all! Moreover, Taskomat™ also shows the percentage difference between the two rates, so that you can understand at a glance if you are working with a positive or negative margin. Planned budget and delivered budget
Taskomat™ allows you to track your budget in a very advanced way. You will be able to check how much budget you have in total, how much you have already planned on your calendar and how much you have actually delivered (i.e. the total value of the tasks you have already completed), either on single work units or in an aggregate way on projects or clients. In addition, you can also evaluate how much budget you have already invoiced and how much has already been paid by your clients.
Effectiveness, efficiency, punctuality
With Taskomat™ you can track 3 other KPIs that are fundamental to assessing the quality of your work: Effectiveness (percentage of tasks completed without rescheduling), Efficiency (percentage of tasks completed within the time estimate), Punctuality (percentage of tasks completed within the work unit deadline). You can track these KPIs either over periods of time - and thus find out how efficient you were in specific months - or over specific projects - and find out how punctual and effective you were on a single project.
